Business Operations Manager

Rx100 Ventures is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team. The selected candidate will play a critical role in overseeing internal business operations, ensuring seamless communication across teams, and driving the development and execution of business plans. The role will also involve managing external vendor relations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Rx100 Ventures is a sector-focused deep tech Venture based in Bangalore, India. We support deep tech businesses developing cutting-edge solutions for Industry 4.0 and 5.0 by providing partnership investment and foundational technology. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and improve workflows to drive productivity.
• Contribute to business planning and align team activities with company objectives.
• Prepare and analyze financial data to support budget planning and forecasting.
• Develop and enforce operational policies and ensure organizational compliance.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure quality of services.
• Facilitate effective communication across teams to maintain alignment on goals.
• Identify potential risks and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in business operations, financial management, and project handling.
• Proven ability to manage internal operations, build comprehensive reports, and oversee compliance and vendor relations.
• Strong financial and business acumen, with a background in risk management and financial planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in drafting policies and ensuring organizational compliance.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage internal and external relationships.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in fast-paced environments.
