Program Manager

Work Experience & Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience (with experience managing a team)
  • Has thrived in a fast-paced / startup environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 12-16 LPA

Responsibilities:

  • Owning & running a vertical (program/admissions/career); working closely with the Founders’ Office team to formulate & execute strategy
  • Managing a team of Jr. and Sr. Associates to ensure outcomes align with strategic objectives
  • Creating and managing robust processes, SOPs & trackers for smooth operational functions
  • Coordinating with various departments to facilitate seamless execution of academic & career programs
  • Building Mesa’s network and forming robust partnerships with external partners, stakeholders & collaborators

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication especially customer-facing
  • Strong muscle for working with data
  • Ability to build & manage a team
  • Strategic thinking paired with operational excellence
  • High degree of ownership + accountability
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
