Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Development: Create visually appealing and brand-aligned graphics for digital platforms, print materials, presentations, advertisements, social media posts, banners, and brochures.
  • Social Media: Collaborate with the social media team to produce creative content, including infographics, carousels, and video thumbnails.
  • Event Branding: Design event-specific promotional materials, such as posters, invitations, and signage.
  • Conceptualization: Translate marketing briefs into engaging visual concepts while adhering to the brand’s identity guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and academic teams to align designs with the organization’s goals and campaigns.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance visual storytelling.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools.
  • Creative Eye: Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics, colors, and layouts.
  • Portfolio: Demonstrated experience through a portfolio showcasing graphic design projects.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to interact effectively with different teams.
  • Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Video Editing Skills: Basic video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Animation and Motion Graphics: Experience with animation or motion graphics.
  • Branding: Familiarity with branding and visual identity design.
  • Interest in Entrepreneurship: Passion for entrepreneurship and business education.
