The Opportunity: We're in search of a skilled Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and help us create visually appealing designs tailored to our community of sports enthusiasts. As a Jr. Graphic Designer, the candidate will have the exciting opportunity to merge their passion for sports with their creative talent, producing engaging designs that resonate deeply with our users. Excited about the idea of designing creatives for current and future Playoholics? We’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Create compelling and effective designs for Playo’s marketing and branding campaigns across digital, social, outdoor and print media channels Adapt campaign creatives, as per the guidelines set by the concept creatives, for marketing channels such as in-app banners, social media posts, ads, emails, standees, etc. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across creatives and media channels Design and adapt creatives for Playo giveaway merchandise Design and build the Playo newsletter for Playo users and partners Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to keep our brand fresh and relevant Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are sent within set timelines Requirements: 1-2 years of experience as a graphic designer in a B2 C brand Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and relevant AI tools Creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense with an eye for detail Proactive and self-motivated - you thrive in taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography and design skills Ability to convert creative concepts to final design in a short span of time Visual editing, illustrations, motion graphics and animation skills would be an added advantage Next Steps: Believe you have what it takes to join us on the playfield?
