About the Job:Job Title: ServiceNow Business AnalystSkills : Agile/Scrum methodologies, BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and use casesExperience Required : 5 Years +Location: Indore/Pune/ ChennaiNotice Period: Immediate Joiners PreferredJob Description:Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements for ServiceNow solutions.Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to leverage ServiceNow modules (HRSD, ITSM, ITOM) for automation and efficiency.Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.Facilitate workshops, demos, and UAT sessions with business users.Ensure alignment of ServiceNow capabilities with organizational goals and compliance requirements.Support the design and configuration of workflows, catalog items, and reports within ServiceNow.Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, and ITOM modules.About InfoBeans:InfoBeans is a global digital transformation and product engineering company, enabling businesses to thrive through innovation, agility, and cutting-edge technology solutions.
