Job Description - Brand Manager, Incubation Job Title: Brand Manager – Incubation

We are seeking a Brand Manager to join our Incubation vertical at Kapiva. You will work at the intersection of product development, consumer insights, P&L ownership, and go-to- market strategy , while collaborating closely with procurement, supply chain, R&D, growth, and creative teams. You will also be working with a team of in-house creative pod (copywriter, designer, video editor) to build high-performing campaigns.

Partner with R&D and supply chain to define product roadmaps – from concept to launch.

• Consumer Insights & Market Intelligence

• Creative & Marketing Execution

• Lead the creative supply chain – work with the in-house creative pod to generate performance assets across Meta, Google, and other funnels.

• Develop brand narratives and drive execution across digital, marketplace, and offline channels.

Own category P&L including sales, pricing, discounting, margins, and bottom line.

• Provide accurate forecasts (6–12 months) to business finance teams and track performance against targets.

4–6 years of experience in FMCG / Consumer Brands in brand management, category management, or digital growth roles.

~ Strong understanding of digital-first brand building and P&L management .

~ Hands-on exposure to performance marketing, GTM launches, and lifecycle marketing .

~ Analytical mindset with comfort in working with dashboards, insights, and financials.

~ Ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, supply chain, growth, and creative teams.

~ MBA from Tier-1 / Tier-2 institute preferred.
