With over 25 years of collective experience, Poetry Designs provides comprehensive services under one roof, enhancing the quality of design, planning, execution, and coordination.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, Cold calling sales leads, regular follow-ups with the prospects, assisting clients with their inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and generating sales reports. The role also involves offering training to new sales team members and managing overall sales strategies to ensure growth and client satisfaction. Other responsibilities include commercial discussions, client onboarding, client servicing and coordination.QualificationsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience in villa/apartment and plot salesExposure working for a design studio is a plusProficiency in Sales and Sales ManagementAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA good track record of successful sales careerBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldPrior experience in the construction or architectural industry is a plus
