Roles & Responsibilities
- Financial/ Business Metrics Compilations & Reporting
- Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements and relevant MIS reports, Cash Flow
- Oversee day to day accounting, ensure proper record-keeping of agreements, invoices, vouchers etc of transactions with respect toour business across globe (SG/ US/ India) of assigned P&L and Balance Sheet items and beresponsible for following
- Be responsible for all Statutory Compliances across India/ US/ SG
- Periodic review of Internal Controls & Procedures
- Assist in Statutory, Internal, Tax & Transfer Pricing audits
- Undertake regular internal audits and monitor controls
- Accounts Receivable, Payables& Expenses Management
- Monthly Payroll Processing with statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, NPS etc.), Manpower projections
Expertise & Qualifications
- Qualification: CA
- Experience: 3 to 5 years (post CA articleship)
- Good knowledge of accounting principles
- Hands-on experience in Direct and Indirect taxation
- Hands-on experience in managing the accounts using QuickBooks/Zoho Softwares
- Exposure in relevant Company Secretarial/ HR related statutory compliances
- Good knowledge of MS office
- Good communication skills (written and spoken)
- Analytical bent of mind
- Be assertive, while being a good team player
Good to have
- Experience in F&A roles in B2B SaaS companies with global finance operations or experience in Statutory/ Internal Audits in one of Big Six audit firms (EY/KPMG/Deloitte/PwC/GT/BDO) will be an added advantage.
- Experience in managing payroll management/processing software (Greytip)
