We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance and Accounts professional to join one of our reputed clients in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes and statutory compliance. This role involves overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the organization's financial health.

Our client is a global consumer-driven manufacturing and sourcing platform serving the world’s leading brands and retailers. Over the last few years, our client has widened its presence across the globe. They have its global footprints in 22 countries with 50+ offices.
Key Responsibilities
Record-to-Report (R2R):
- Manage end-to-end financial reporting processes, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/Ind AS).
- Reconciliation of accounts, ledgers, and inter-company balances.
Statutory Compliance:
- Oversee compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
- Liaise with auditors, government authorities, and consultants during statutory audits and assessments.
- Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and ensure organizational adherence.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process efficiencies in financial operations and reporting.
- Assist in developing and maintaining robust internal controls.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., accounts, treasury, and operations) to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making.
MIS and Reporting:
- Prepare management information system (MIS) reports for leadership.
- Monitor and analyze financial KPIs, budgets, and forecasts.
Qualifications & Skills
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS) and statutory compliance requirements.
- Experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes is mandatory.
- Proficient in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
