The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of International Taxation, and DTAA (Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements). This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with the laws and maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities: Conducting audits of internal controls, policies, and procedures related to transfer pricing to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Preparing reports for management regarding transfer pricing activities such as compliance assessments, analysis of data trends, and recommendations for improvement. Develop transfer pricing policies and procedures for a company’s specific industry or business segment. Reviewing contracts with suppliers and customers to ensure that prices are fair and reasonable. Monitoring pricing trends in external markets to ensure that prices are competitive with those of competitors. Analyzing financial data to determine the fair price of goods or services being sold between affiliated companies. Liaise with the internal teams during the filing of accountant reports, preparation of TP Documentation, Transfer Pricing assessment, and appeal proceedings. Assistance in handling Indian TP Compliance, TP Documentation, Assessments, and appeals (Form 3 CEB, TP Study vetting, data collation, etc.). Assistance in handling Global TP documentation and BEPS compliances in various overseas countries (US/UK/AUS/Germany/Singapore/Netherlands/France/Canada etc.). Assistance in preparation of Master file, Local file, and CBCR. Be an internal resource for TP planning. Active involvement in knowledge updation and sharing within the team by preparing presentations on Transfer Pricing. Should be well versed in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point. Qualifications: MBA/ master’s in finance with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong in using Microsoft Excel, Power Point & ERP's Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Skills: Working knowledge in Excel & Tally, MYOB, and Xero. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel. Compensation and Benefits: Industry-standard remuneration.
