Position Overview:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Functional Consultant to join our dedicated HR technology team.
- This role is ideal for individuals with a robust understanding of Workday and a strong generalist background in HR processes.
- The successful candidate will possess a minimum of three years of hands-on experience working with Workday, with particular expertise in Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Time and Attendance modules.

Key Responsibilities:
Workday Configuration and Optimization:
- Lead the configuration and ongoing maintenance of Workday HCM modules, ensuring that all setups align with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
Module Expertise:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Time and Attendance modules, providing insights and best practices to enhance these functionalities.
- Analyze existing processes within these modules and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and compliance.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to support strategic decision-making within the HR function.
- Generate and present reports that highlight workforce trends, compensation analytics, and benefits utilization.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within Workday by implementing robust data management practices.
Collaboration and Team Engagement:
- Foster a collaborative working environment by effectively communicating and partnering with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Finance.
- Provide training and support to HR team members on Workday functionalities, empowering them to utilize the system effectively.
Problem-Solving and Strategic Innovation:
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address and resolve system-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.
- Stay informed about the latest Workday updates and features, proactively recommending enhancements that can improve system performance and user experience.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of solutions and alignment with strategic HR goals.
- Demonstrate adaptability to shifting priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency in all Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Workday HCM, showcasing a strong generalist background in HR processes and systems.
- Module Expertise: Proven experience with Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and/or Time and Attendance modules, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of their functionalities and best practices.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical capabilities and a strong problem-solving mindset, enabling you to navigate complex issues and provide effective solutions within the Workday ecosystem.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with team members, stakeholders, and clients, particularly in a remote work setting.
