Our client is one of the top real estate and hospitality companies with an array of high end projects and rated high for their vision and execution of most complex and world class projects in the country.

They are now embarking on an ambitious state of the Art new integrated development projects for Mixed Use using state of the art technology and these projects will be the landmark projects for the grouo. .To provide its customers with a unique and technologically advanced experience and they aim to provide the latest Smart Technologies and to achieve the same, they are looking for a leader to drive the ICT portfolio.

He/she will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and management of the organization's ICT infrastructure. This role involves ensuring the efficient operation of all ICT systems, managing a team of IT professionals, and aligning ICT initiatives with the company's overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ICT strategies that align with the organization's business objectives.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ICT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
  • Manage and mentor a team of ICT professionals, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of ICT systems and data, implementing robust security measures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify ICT needs and develop solutions that support business operations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of ICT systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary upgrades.
  • Prepare and manage the ICT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for ICT enhancements.
  • Provide leadership and direction in ICT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for ICT-related issues and inquiries from other departments.



Requirements :


  • Ideal candidate will be an Electronics/Computer Science Engineer with 20 years of experience out of which experience in implementation of ICT for at least two world class major projects.
  • International Experience of handling such a project will be an added advantage.
  • As IoT is an integral part , ICT network design enabling IoT applications is essential.
  • Experience in ICT strategy formulation, project design, and program management of technology implementation ,Unified and central network management is a must.
  • Strong documentation skills to articulate the needs of internal and external clients
  • Experience in preparing concept notes, detailed project report which entail deployment of field devices, network, DC infrastructure and applications is crucial for the role.
