Job Title: Personal Assistant to Managing Director & Business Head
Reports to: Managing Director & Business Head
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and discreet Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director & Business Head. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, ensure seamless day-to-day operations, and maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage MD & Business Head's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
2. Prepare and coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation.
3. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and discretion.
4. Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
5. Coordinate events, conferences, and meetings.
6. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
7. Anticipate and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient operations.
8. Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant to senior-level executives.
2. Bachelor's degree in any field.
1. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
5. High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
6. Flexibility to work extended hours and travel (if required).
