Job Title: Senior Executive - Supply Chain Management (Export Division)


Reports to: Manager - Supply Chain Management


Location:Lower Parel, Mumbai


Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive to lead our Supply Chain Management function within the Export Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in export operations, logistics, and supply chain management. The role will involve overseeing the entire export supply chain, from procurement to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products to our international customers.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Export Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize export supply chain operations, ensuring compliance with international regulations and standards.

2. Procurement and Sourcing: Collaborate with procurement teams to source high-quality materials and services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

3. Logistics and Transportation: Manage logistics and transportation operations, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and warehousing.

4. Inventory Management: Develop and implement inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and reduce costs.

5. Export Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of export documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.

6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with export supply chain operations, including regulatory compliance, cargo security, and supply chain disruptions.

7. Performance Metrics and Analytics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure export supply chain performance, including lead times, inventory turns, and freight costs.

8. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.

9. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

10. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize export supply chain operations.


Requirements:


1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on export operations and logistics.

3. Skills:

    - Strong knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade agreements.

    - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    - Ability to lead and manage a team, with a focus on development and growth.
