Job Description

  • Manage IT projects end to end, being responsible for project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements, resource planning, project initiation and execution.
  • Communicate effectively with senior client stakeholders in Scrum calls on project priorities, progress, and risks.
  • Apply change, risk, and resource management principles on the projects on a daily basis.
  • Resolve projects' higher scope issues.
  • Build excellent partnerships with client stakeholders and project teams.
  • Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of projects across the Delivery Unit.
  • Aid in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to respond to RFPs.

Requirements

  • 10–14 years of overall IT experience, with at least 6 years in Project/Program Management.
  • Strong experience managing software development life cycle projects and handling multiple technologies.
  • Mandatory experience in managing projects in the eCommerce domain (e.g., B2C/B2B platforms, online retail systems, commerce engines).
  • Thorough understanding of Agile principles for IT project/program management. Experience handling projects with Test-Driven Development (TDD) is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of change management principles.
  • Ability to understand and articulate both business and technology requirements.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and client environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of project management tools (Basecamp, MS Project, JIRA, etc.) is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working in iterative and multi-disciplinary environments.
  • Outstanding leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
