Technical Lead( Python+ Angular)

Shift Timings: Location: PAN INDIA Remote, Work from Home

Experience required: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 7+ years of experience in Python-based application development , cloud integration , and end-to-end project management . The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in designing scalable architectures , leading development teams, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions across domains such as Finance systems , ETL automation , AI/ML integrations , Angular and web-based platforms .

Architect and lead development of cloud-native applications using Python , Django, Flask , FastAPI , and Docker, Angular/Vue/React

Design and implement machine learning models , ETL workflows , and NLP-based automation tools .

Manage end-to-end project lifecycles including requirement analysis , design , development , testing , and deployment .

Integrate cloud services ( AWS , Azure ) and DevOps tools ( Jenkins , Git , Redis , Kafka ) for continuous delivery and performance optimization.

Languages/Frameworks: Python, Django, FastAPI, Flask, Django Rest Framework, Angular/React/vue.

Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, Docker, Jenkins, Git, Nginx, Linux, Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch

Databases: PostgreSQL, MS SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis

Tools & Techniques: ETL, Web Scraping, Machine Learning, NLP, Selenium, Jira, Unit Testing

Specialized Experience: Finance Systems, Recommendation Engines, Process Automation Bots, Cloud Storage Solutions

Preferred Experience:

Leading agile teams and delivering multiple projects across sectors like finance, healthcare, retail, and education.

Proven record of architecting secure and scalable backend systems integrated with modern UI frameworks.

Strong background in code quality enforcement, performance tuning, and technical documentation.
