With strong partnerships with international suppliers, we deliver innovative chemical solutions, technical support, and application expertise to customers across India.Position: Sales Manager – Coatings Raw MaterialsThis is a Techno-Commercial role involving both technical application knowledge and business development responsibilities. We’re looking for an experienced professional who can work closely with customers to understand their formulations and propose value-added solutions using our product range.Key Responsibilities:- Drive business development for our Additives, Special Binders & Pigments used in Coatings & Inks- Identify new opportunities and develop key accounts across Pan India- Understand customer formulations and recommend suitable grades from our product portfolio- Collaborate with international principals/suppliers for technical discussions, & Business Development- Lead negotiations, pricing, and deal closures for strategic accounts- Work closely with the internal sales, logistics, and application teams for smooth order execution- Manage and mentor junior sales team members (if applicable)- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs- Participate in relevant trade shows and industry events✅ Desired Candidate Profile:- Minimum 8 years of experience in Chemical Distributions Field of Paints/ Coatings (Additives, Resins, Pigments, etc.)- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field- In-depth understanding of coatings formulations and application requirements- Strong communication and presentation skills- Willingness to travel across India for client visits and technical meetings- Proven ability to manage both technical and commercial aspects of the sales cycleApply Now: : Website: us to build a future in specialty chemicals with innovation, expertise, and long-term partnerships.#NowHiring #SalesManager #CoatingsIndustry #SpecialtyChemicals #TechnoCommercial #BusinessDevelopment #ChemicalDistribution #MumbaiJobs #Additives #Pigments #Resins
