Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Customer Service Executive position at Incprin Labels and Packaging Solutions Private Limited. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to customer inquiries, order processing, cross functional coordination, issue resolution, daily MIS and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in customer service preferably in printing industry or garments or related field.
- BBA / B Com / BA English Literature and additional certification in customer service is a plus
