Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service Executive to manage customer interactions across all platforms. The ideal candidate will resolve queries, handle complaints, and foster strong relationships with our community of customers. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, social media, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and general queries.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to provide accurate information.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions and provide regular reports on customer feedback and service metrics.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively communicate and assist customers.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in customer service (experience in e-commerce or wellness industry preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English [other regional languages in addition is a plus].
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and composed demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for wellness and health is a bonus.
