The Indismart Group prides itself on creating excellence in both educational opportunities and guest experience.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role as an Executive Chef, based in the Kolkata and Mandarmani. The successful candidate will oversee kitchen operations, develop innovative menus, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Responsibilities also include staff training, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, managing inventory, and collaborating with the management team to enhance the guest dining experience. The Executive Chef will play a key role in shaping the culinary direction of the hotel or resort.Job Locations :Kolkata and MandarmaniQualificationsExpertise in food preparation, innovative recipe creation, and menu planningStrong leadership and staff management abilities, with experience in training and mentoring culinary teamsKnowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, including compliance with health and safety standardsInventory management, cost control, and efficient resource allocation skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesFlexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentCulinary certifications or a degree in culinary arts is preferred; previous experience as an executive chef is highly desiredEffective communication skills to liaise with both kitchen staff and the wider management team
