Role As the Senior Motion Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and creating high-quality graphics and animations. You will utilize your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools, Figma, Canva, and HubSpot to deliver outstanding visual experiences. Your work will involve developing video projects from concept to completion, integrating live-action footage with motion graphics, and using AI technologies to enhance content creation. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all design deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and meet the required quality standards. Portfolio Link need to be included in the resume. Responsibilities Design and Animation : Create visually stunning motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and video campaigns. Video Production : Develop video projects from concept to completion, including storyboarding, editing, and final production. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and marketing specialists, to execute creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and business objectives. AI Integration : Utilize AI technologies to enhance content creation capacity, user engagement, and brand interaction. Content Development : Integrate motion graphics with live-action video and/or audio to create compelling visual stories that resonate with the target audience. Brand Consistency : Ensure consistent branding across all motion graphics deliverables by adhering to style guides and maintaining a keen eye for aesthetics and typography. Trend Awareness : Stay informed about industry trends, social media trends, and advancements in motion design and graphic design, and incorporate them into your work. Project Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Feedback and Iteration : Continuously iterate and improve creative work based on user feedback, data analytics, and client input. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in motion graphic design, preferably in a creative, advertising agency, or production studio environment. Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional motion graphic design skills, with experience in creating visually captivating motion graphics, print materials, banners, and event promotional assets. Work samples of storyboarding and scripting are highly desirable. Proven mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), Figma, Canva, and HubSpot. Experience with Adobe Express and Firefly is a plus. Solid understanding of AI technology and its application in motion graphics, with an interest in integrating AI into creative projects. Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate abstract ideas into visually appealing designs. Keen eye for aesthetics, typography, composition, and color. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Extremely high attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work that exceeds expectations.
