We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Motion Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging motion graphics, animations, and videos. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to develop innovative and impactful visual content that aligns with our brand identity and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualization and Design:

  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop creative concepts and storyboards for motion graphics, animations, and videos.
  • Create visually appealing and engaging motion graphics, animations, and videos that align with the brand's aesthetic and messaging.

Video Production:

  • Plan and execute video shoots, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
  • Utilize advanced video editing techniques to create high-quality videos.
  • Incorporate AI and CGI elements into videos to enhance visual appeal and storytelling.

Motion Graphics and Animation:

  • Create dynamic and visually striking motion graphics and animations using industry-standard software.
  • Design and animate 2D and 3D elements for videos, presentations, and other digital media.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Stay Updated:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in motion graphics, animation, and video production.
  • Continuously learn and experiment with new techniques and tools to enhance creative output.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, and video production.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender and Cinema 4D.
  • Strong understanding of video editing techniques, colour grading, and audio mixing.
  • Experience in working with AI and CGI tools to create realistic and visually stunning effects.
  • Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • A portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to work alongside and manage a team.
  • A passion for creating innovative and engaging visual content.
