Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative motion graphic designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motion
graphics, video editing, graphic design, and web design. This midlevel position requires proficiency in the Adobe Package, Corel Draw, and a working knowledge of WordPress. Basic knowledge of social media platform handling and running campaigns is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and deliver high-quality motion graphics for various media including web, mobile, and social media.
Develop storyboards, style frames, and video mock-ups for client pitches.
Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
Design and produce final motion graphics incorporating typography, photography, live video, and 2D animation.
Manage and execute social media campaigns across various platforms.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines, and design standards.
Stay updated on the latest graphic design techniques and software.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in motion graphic design or a similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills.
Excellent communication skills to interpret and negotiate briefs.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
Team player with excellent organizational skills.
