Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide impeccable customer service
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and tickets/chats
- Ensure proper handling of customer requests
- Gather customer information to make appropriate recommendations
- Handle all issues raised by customers
- Document customer issues by entering them into the ticketing system
- Perform necessary follow-ups to ensure customer service expectations are met.
- Accept incoming calls from customers.
- Effectively resolve problems or concerns.
- Perform other related duties as required
- Live Chats + Voice (Inbound/Outbound Calls)
- Order Processing/Management/Fulfillment
As a Customer Service Representative, you will receive:

Basic elements you will need :
- Fluency in English and French (Must Have - Bilingual)
- Impeccable fluency in spoken french and great command over the language and ability to understand and converse is a Must Have
- Proficient in the use of a computer and various programs
- High school certificate or equivalent
- 1+ Experience (Preferred Experience With Canada Quebec French Spoken Region)
Timings
EST timings ; Available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm
(Indian Timings 6:30 pm to 2:30 am Summers (9.5 months) , 7:30 pm to 3:30 am - Winters)
