Role : Service Now Architect Exp : 12+ Years Notice : Immediate to 15 days Location : Hyderabad Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Service Now solutions across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, Sec Ops, CSM, etc.). Serve as the technical authority for the Service Now platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and IT strategy. Design and maintain the Service Now data model, including CMDB structure, integrations, and data flows. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into high-level solution designs. Define and enforce governance, best practices, and coding standards for Service Now development. Oversee platform integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, JDBC, APIs, and other mechanisms. Evaluate and implement new Service Now capabilities and plugins to support evolving business needs. Conduct technical design reviews, provide guidance to developers, and ensure quality assurance in delivery. Partner with IT leadership, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to drive platform adoption and maturity. Stay current with Service Now releases, patches, and industry trends to recommend platform improvements. Qualifications Required: Bachelor / master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. 12+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 6+ years in Service Now architecture and development. Proven expertise in multiple Service Now modules — especially ITSM and ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management). Strong understanding of Service Now data model, flow design, CMDB, and integration architecture. Experience in enterprise integrations with third-party systems (e.g., monitoring, identity, cloud platforms). Solid knowledge of Java Script, Glide API, Angular JS, and Service Now scripting frameworks. Hands-on experience with platform upgrades, domain separation, and multi-instance strategies. In-depth understanding of ITIL processes and how they align with Service Now. Preferred: Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified System Administrator (CSA), and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications. Experience in Service Now Cloud Observability, HRSD, Sec Ops, or GRC. Knowledge of Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. Experience working in large, multi-vendor enterprise environments.
