Developer Relations Manager – GSI Location: Bengaluru, India Job Type: Full-time Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Developer Relations Manager to work with major global alliance partners and enable them on GPU-accelerated computing solutions—particularly in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI . This role blends technical evangelism, partner enablement, solution co-architecture, and ecosystem engagement. The ideal candidate is a passionate, fast-learning technologist who thrives in a rapidly evolving AI environment. 2. Key Responsibilities A. Partner Engagement & Strategy Work closely with partner executives and practice leaders to develop strategies that grow Generative AI and LLM-focused offerings. Support partners in building and expanding their AI capabilities across multi-cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments. B. Technical Evangelism & Ecosystem Understanding Deeply understand GenAI workflows, LLM technologies, and evolving ecosystem trends. Promote client’s tools, SDKs, libraries, and platform solutions to partner architects and developers. Attend key conferences, build industry connections, and stay updated on breakthroughs. C. Solution Co-Architecture & Adoption Co-architect repeatable GenAI and LLM solutions with partners. Jointly scope customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration with ISVs, CSP services, data systems, and hybrid infrastructure. Identify adoption blockers and provide feedback to internal product teams. D. Go-to-Market & Collaboration Drive early adoption of new products and support product launches. Work closely with solution architects, partner managers, business development teams, sales, and marketing. Participate in virtual collaboration frequently; occasional travel may be required. 3. Required Qualifications A. Education & Experience BS/MS in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent. 12+ years of experience in technical leadership roles focused on architecting GPU-accelerated computing solutions. B. Technical Expertise Strong understanding of the Generative AI and LLM ecosystem including startups, ISVs, CSP services, data stores, and SaaS/platform offerings. Experience architecting GPU-accelerated solutions for enterprise use cases. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. C. Communication & Stakeholder Interaction Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions for both technical and executive audiences. High curiosity and awareness of advancements in LLMs, GenAI models, and related technologies. 4. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks and the MLOps ecosystem across cloud and on-prem environments. Knowledge of cloud solution design, APIs, microservices, orchestration platforms, storage, and data migration. Background in software engineering and application development.
