Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales and Partner Support professional with extensive experience in the IT channel industry. The ideal candidate will be familiar with major technology manufacturers and distributors across the US and LATAM. This individual will be responsible for managing vendor and partner registration processes, establishing partnerships, supporting sales initiatives, and providing detailed reports to management. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage vendor and partner registration processes for the US and LATAM regions.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology manufacturers, distributors, and partners.
Identify new partnership opportunities and develop strategies to strengthen Globaltek’s presence in the IT channel.
Provide administrative and operational support for sales teams, including managing sales documentation, quotes, and order processing.
Serve as a point of contact for partners and vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to align partner strategies with sales goals.
Monitor and analyze partner performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Prepare detailed and accurate reports for management, including sales performance, partner metrics, and market analysis.
Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, and other reporting platforms to create and present data-driven insights.
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to ensure competitive positioning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT channel industry, with a focus on partner and vendor management.
Familiarity with major technology manufacturers and distributors in the US and LATAM regions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills required), CRM systems, and other reporting tools.
Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
