Senior Inside Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and seasoned Person to lead our Inside Sales team. This key role will drive the strategic direction of our internal sales operations, utilizing deep expertise in sales strategy, data management, and team leadership. The General Manager will oversee the coordination of all sales activities, develop data-driven insights, and foster strong relationships with clients and partners to boost sales performance. This position requires office-based work and direct involvement in guiding the team towards achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership & Strategy:
Lead the Inside Sales team by setting clear goals, inspiring performance, and developing robust
sales strategies. Leverage extensive sales experience to anticipate team needs, address challenges, and provide actionable insights for improved outcomes.
2. Data-Driven Insights:
Analyze customer and architect data from the company’s website and other sources to inform sales strategies, drive cross-selling opportunities, and support business development. Use analytical skills to translate data into meaningful insights that support the sales team’s goals.
3. Data Management:
Oversee the management of customer and architect data, ensuring it remains current and accurate for optimal decision-making. Enable easy access to critical information for the sales team to support sales and client engagement efforts.
4 . Project Follow-Up & Client Engagement:
Implement and prioritize follow-up procedures for high-impact projects, ensuring timely action that enhances sales outcomes.
Cultivate relationships with clients and architects to facilitate seamless collaboration and strengthen sales channels.
5. Sales Team Collaboration & Feedback Integration:
Maintain regular communication with the sales team to ensure they are well-equipped with necessary data, insights, and support. Collect feedback from the team and stakeholders, refining strategies and processes to improve efficiency and team alignment.
6. Process Optimization:
Continuously improve internal sales processes, leveraging insights and feedback to increase revenue and drive sustainable growth.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, with additional coursework in data analysis or sales strategy preferred.
Experience:
15-20 years in sales, with proven experience in leading national-level sales teams.
Data Analysis Proficiency: Strong analytical skills to effectively interpret data for strategic sales planning and execution.
Sales Psychology Insight: In-depth understanding of sales psychology and the ability to craft strategies that align with customer and partner motivations.
Communication & Organizational Skills: Exceptional skills in communication and organization, vital for driving sales and maintaining team cohesion.
Detail-Oriented: Demonstrated commitment to accuracy in data handling and process management.
Problem Solving & Optimization: Proactive approach to solving sales challenges, with a continuous improvement mindset.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of sales management software and web-based applications.
