Our subscriptions include discounts on medicine orders, health checkups, fitness plans, free doctor teleconsultations, and insurance, among other benefits. We were also featured in the first season of Disney+ Hotstar's remarkable series, Our strategic partner and investor, cricketing legend Anil Kumble, is actively involved in our mission to make healthcare more accessible. ’s Bengaluru office and engaged with our employees. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Executive to join our Insurance Onboarding team. The role involves managing enrolments, handling policy bookings, and ensuring smooth execution of insurance operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in the insurance and data operations space. Perform addition and deletion of member data accurately within defined timelines. Manage internal data operations to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance. Support end-to-end insurance onboarding processes including enrolment and placement policy booking. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data or policy discrepancies. Should be able to work on Weekend roasters as per the planning Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas). Good attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Strong organizational and time management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Insurance, or related field. Basic understanding of insurance operations or prior experience in an insurance/operations role will be an advantage.
