Performance Marketing Executive/ Digital Marketing

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can take ownership of campaigns, drive measurable results, and fuel our growth engine.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) .
Own the performance marketing funnel : from campaign setup to reporting, analysis, and continuous optimization.
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling creatives, ad copies, and landing pages that convert.
Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and messaging to enhance campaign performance.
Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
2–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
~ Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Search, Display, Video, Facebook, Instagram).
~ proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Excel/Sheets .
~ A creative mindset with the ability to ideate ad copies, hooks, and innovative campaign strategies .
~ Ability to manage budgets, forecast performance, and optimize for ROI .
~ Experience with other channels like LinkedIn Ads or Twitter Ads is a plus.
~ Hindi proficiency is mandatory.
This is a full-time on-site role based out of our Domlur, Bangalore.
