We are obsessed with real growth, efficient scaling, and campaigns that keep our clients consistently profitable. Now, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join us in our rapid growth journey. Responsibilities: Take full ownership of ad execution with autonomy while being responsive to client account issues and resolving them on priority. Collaborate with the founding team to prepare strategies and lead the execution. Maintain a Client-First approach in all aspects of campaign management. Directly communicate with clients, managing reporting, weekly reviews, and ensuring clarity on campaign plans. Work with high-performing D2 C brands ranging from single-product scale-ups to 10,000-SKU brands. Execute, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. Drive creative testing, analyse buyer intent from campaign metrics, and make quick, data-informed decisions. Mandatory Requirements: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in strategizing and executing paid ads campaigns. Prior experience in client communication, including leading weekly calls/reports and explaining campaign results clearly. Proven ability to handle multiple brands simultaneously and consistently deliver results. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex reports and issues in simple, actionable terms.
