Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Intern to support our HR team in various operational and strategic initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes, employee engagement, and recruitment strategies within a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and contribute innovative ideas for workplace culture enhancement.
- Maintain and update HR databases with employee records and other relevant information.
- Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics such as employee performance and attrition rates.
- Support the planning and execution of training and development programs.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Passion for HR and eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
