We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Team Assistant - HR to support key HR functions across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations and Payroll management. The ideal candidate will assist with maintaining employee records, supporting hiring processes, coordinating training initiatives, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Working closely with the Chief People Officer, the team assistant will help address employee queries, manage internal documentation, schedule meetings, and maintain office records. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad HR experience in a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Assist the Chief People Officer in daily operations by ensuring timely task execution, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting the preparation of HR-related documentation.

Contribute to key HR functions such as compensation and benefits administration, performance evaluation processes (quarterly, annual, and 360° reviews), and the development and implementation of HR policies to ensure organisation-wide compliance.

Participate in all stages of the recruitment process and maintain an organised candidate database.

Identify training needs and coordinate relevant learning and development initiatives across departments.

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and management queries, providing timely and professional support in addressing concerns and resolving grievances.

Coordinate internal meetings and address employee logistical and support needs while overseeing office inventory management to ensure adequate supplies, efficient usage, and accurate record-keeping.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Prior experience in an HR Associate or similar role is advantageous.

Familiarity with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

Hands-on experience in the recruitment process, including candidate processing and onboarding, is highly valued.
