Role & Responsibilities:
Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
Performing market analysis and research on competition
Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks. Work with the team to come up with ideas and strategies to drive more leads.
Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
Prepare promotional presentations
Help distribute marketing materials
Help organize marketing events
Exploring and using tools to make webinars and engagement programs smooth and awesome for users.
Run & analyze A/B experiments to drive up the conversions across the funnel.
Analyze marketing data to come up with meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
Work closely with the Sales and other neighboring teams to drive up close rates.
Ensuring tracking + attribution work across the funnel.
Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
Must-Have Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Know how to use marketing and growth tools (landing page builders, webinar platforms, email/WhatsApp marketing tools).
Comfortable with no-code tools like Zapier, Notion, or Softr.
Basic knowledge of analytics and CRMs.
A problem solver at heart—always looking for ways to improve.
A power user of generative AI tools and always curious to explore new ones.
Passionate about reading and staying updated on the latest in tech, AI, and automation.
Qualifications
1-3 years' of marketing experience
MBA in Marketing or a related field of study
Excellent writing and communication skills
