Glider provides AI-based hiring tools such as online assessments, coding tests, video interviews etc., that allows Enterprises, Staffing Agencies and MSPs to hire quality talent for any job role globally. We help in hiring process automation with our auto proctored real-world assessments and simulations, phone screening tools and live coding enabled video interview tools.
Glider is a Series A funded company headquartered in Fremont, California with a development and operations center in Bangalore, India. We are rapidly expanding our team both in the US and in India and are looking for ambitious professionals who are looking for challenging roles to learn and grow alongside us.
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented marketing professional to join our global marketing team. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to increase visibility for and loyalty toward the Glider AI brand. You will work toward forging great relationships with existing customers, industry thought leaders, and prospects through social media channels, email campaigns, and other innovative methods.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns to promote Glider’s products and solutions, including email campaigns, newsletters, and social media posts, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, and product) to create engaging content such as blogs, videos, datasheets, and sales collateral that highlight product value.
- Conduct monthly competitor analysis to identify differentiators and support positioning strategies in the market.
- Track industry trends, monitor campaign performance, and generate actionable insights through detailed marketing metrics and reports.
- Support marketing operations, including event promotions, internal communications, and maintaining consistency across all product marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in HubSpot for managing workflows, lists, campaigns, and adhering to industry best practices
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Extremely organized with a keen eye for details.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience.
