- Responsible for compilation of information for audits (GST Audit, InternalAudit & Statutory Audit)
- Adhere to all internal control procedures & standards for the processing of payments.
- Responsible for complete and TDS compliances (Deduction/ Charge of TDS & GST as per compliance and preparing data for Monthly/Quarterly/Annually Returns & audits)
- Responsible for multi-location GST compliances
- Responsible for record management/ Bookkeeping
- Responsible for accounting entries Journals and books of accounts
- Responsible for periodic/timely reconciliation of Bank, Vendor, Debtor & RelatedParty
- Assisting in closing the books on a monthly and annual basis with stringentdue dates
- Responsible for filing, scanning, and archiving the entire accounting records
- Liaising with different stakeholders for smooth operations in the accounts payable function
- Responsible for foreign payments
- Responsible for all travel and ticketing arrangements through travel agencies or online portals
- Responsible for ground-transportation balancing cost and consideration
