This includes prospecting an assignment to verification, interviews and final selection.What We Are Looking For?Looking for an experienced professional with an in-depth knowledge of recruitment lifecycle management, revenue management, business unit management.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESRecruitmentHandling the complete recruitment life cycle (RLCM) for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirementsHandling RPOUnderstanding client’s requirementJD Defining/ WritingFinding prospective and suitable candidatesHeadhunting through personal and industrial networkConduct search for top-notch candidates from the database, through head – hunting, pre-screen him/her, set up interviews and continues the process till the client organization finds the right individualCommunicating with the prospective candidatesShort listing candidates for lining – up for InterviewProvide highest quality standards and the most comprehensive research to assist clients in attaining their strategic human resource goals and to assist job aspirants in achieving their personal career goalClient Relationship ManagementPost interview co – ordination with the clientAccount Management of the existing clientsClient interactionClient development and relationship building with clientBuild solid and far-reaching relationships with the clients to understand their requirementsProcess DevelopmentIdentifying the lacuna in talent acquisition teamProcess reengineering and designing for Talent Acquisition TeamDefining and implementing new strategies for Talent Acquisition TeamTeam Building & DevelopmentIdentifying the competency of individual team member’sDeveloping individual team membersSuccession planning for team members and implementing long term career development strategies for individual team members.SUBHADEEP LOCATION: NEW TOWNCTC : 5 L MAX
