Talent Acquisition StrategistJob Summary: We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to set up and run recruitment across engineering, research, product, and GTM roles. As our first dedicated People/Talent hire, you will establish basic people processes suitable for a growing company.Manage full-cycle recruitingBuild pipelines in talent poolsSet up tools and reportingSchedule interviewsLead employer branding activitiesResponsibilities:Work with founders and hiring managers to define role scopes and interview plansManage sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, offers, and onboardingBuild and maintain talent pipelines across different areasImplement ATS, scorecards, and basic recruitment analyticsEstablish HR processes for new hires including policies, documentation, and feedback mechanisms in collaboration with finance and legalAbout the Role: This hands-on role includes a mix of tactical and strategic responsibilities. You will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting, building pipelines in talent pools, setting up tools and reporting, and leading employer branding activities.
