Data Collection and Analysis: Use surveys, focus groups, and consumer feedback to gather actionable insights. Apply statistical tools to interpret data and prepare detailed reports on trends and opportunities. Marketing Strategies: Design impactful campaigns across digital platforms, social media, and community outreach to educate and engage consumers on the benefits of organic living. Farmer Relations and Support Producer Engagement: Work closely with farmers to understand capacities and challenges, providing them with insights on evolving consumer preferences. Training and Capacity Building: Organize workshops on quality standards, branding, and best practices to help farmers thrive in competitive markets. Build strong ties with retail outlets, wholesalers, specialty stores, and online platforms. Market Entry Planning: Design entry strategies for new markets within Tamil Nadu and nationally, while fostering partnerships with local businesses, communities, and government agencies. Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, monitor sales, consumer feedback, and market penetration.
