We are looking for a proactive and versatile HR Generalist to oversee and support employees across client sites, remote locations , and our internal teams at Careerxperts Technologies . This role requires a strong focus on HR operations, compliance , and employee engagement , ensuring seamless HR processes and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for client-site, remote, and internal employees, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and offboarding.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, labour laws, and client-specific regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and ensure legal compliance across all employee records and HR systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with employment laws and proactively address compliance requirements for both internal and external workforce teams.

2. Employee Relations & HR Business Partnering

  • Act as the HR liaison for employees at client sites, remote locations , and internal teams, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and driving engagement.
  • Partner with managers and business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and client deliverables.
  • Handle performance management, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to recognize, retain, and motivate employees across all locations.

3. Talent Management & Development

  • Lead and support recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of employees for internal roles and client projects.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs , ensuring a seamless transition for new hires into client-site, remote, or internal teams.
  • Champion performance management processes , succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
  • Conduct training programs on compliance, workplace behavior, diversity, and inclusion to upskill employees.

4. Employee Engagement & Experience

  • Design and implement employee engagement programs to promote inclusivity, collaboration, and satisfaction for internal, remote, and client-site employees.
  • Plan team-building activities, recognition programs, and events tailored to enhance employee morale across all teams.
  • Use creative digital tools and communication strategies to keep remote and client-site employees connected and engaged.
  • Manage benefits programs, perks , and operational projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and employee satisfaction.

✅ What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations and employee management , with exposure to client-site, remote, and internal teams .
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance , employment laws, and employee relations.
  • Proven experience managing payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills to engage with diverse teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle ambiguity effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
