Sales Lead – OTA & Travel Agent PartnershipsLocation: Delhi NCRExperience: 3–6 years in hotel sales, OTA management , and travel trade networksRole Overview:You will drive revenue through strong relationships with OTAs, travel agents, corporate travel planners, and DMCs. Your role includes managing rate parity, seasonal promotions, Inventory, and ensuring Botanix remains top-of-mind in the leisure and corporate travel market.Key Responsibilities:Manage OTA partnerships and travel agent networksIncrease bookings through strategic contract negotiation and seasonal offersConduct sales visits, fam trips, and relationship-building activitiesAnalyze booking trends and prepare weekly and monthly sales reportsWork closely with marketing to optimize promotionsIdeal Candidate:Strong communication & negotiation skillsPrior experience with OTAs like Booking.Com and Makemytrip & others platforms.Hands-on, target-driven approach2. Chefs – Tandoor & ContinentalLocation: Delhi NCRExperience: 4–10 years in reputable hotels, resorts, or standalone restaurants.Tandoor ChefRole Overview:Responsible for preparing authentic North Indian tandoor dishes, breads, Grills, and managing the tandoor station efficiently during service.Key Responsibilities:Prepare tandoor breads, kebabs, tikkas, and Indian mainsMaintain kitchen hygiene and FSSAI standardsEnsure consistency in flavor and presentationStock planning, prep, and coordination with F&B serviceContinental ChefRole Overview:Responsible for our continental menu, including breakfast, salads, mains, grills, and all-day dining items.Key Responsibilities:Execute continental dishes with attention to presentationDevelop new dishes and seasonal specialsMaintain mise-en-place and ensure smooth service flowWork collaboratively for events, retreats, and villa guest diningIdeal Candidates (Both Roles):Strong product knowledgeExperience in resort kitchens preferredAbility to work under pressureWillingness to collaborate and work within a team setting3. Operations Head (Resort Operations)Location: Delhi NCRExperience: 5–10 years in hotel/resort operations (Front Office + F&B + Housekeeping oversight)Role Overview:A leadership role responsible for the day-to-day running of all resort operations. Ensures seamless guest experiences, SOP implementation, team training, profitability, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all departments: F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Guest ServicesImplement SOPs aligned with sustainability, efficiency, and guest satisfactionP&L management and operational cost controlCoordinate event and stay operationsTrain and mentor supervisors and department headsHandle escalated guest issues, feedback, and resolutionIdeal Candidate:Strong leadership and crisis-handling skillsExperience in boutique hotels/resortsHands-on approach;not a desk-only roleHighly collaborativeStrong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills4. F&B Controller / Cost ControllerLocation: BotanixExperience: 3–6 years in hotels or QSR chainsRole Overview:Responsible for monitoring food & beverage costs, reducing wastage, and ensuring profitability through strong inventory control and vendor management.Key Responsibilities:Daily/weekly food cost analysisTrack consumption, wastage, and stock levelsConduct regular inventory auditsCoordinate with chefs on recipe costing and portion controlVendor price negotiation and alternative sourcingMaintain accurate documentation for complianceIdeal Candidate:Strong analytical skillsKnowledge of hotel accounting softwareHigh integrity and attention to detail5. Housekeeping ManagerLocation: BotanixExperience: 4–8 years in hotels/resortsRole Overview:Manages all housekeeping operations including rooms, villas, public areas, linen, and overall hygiene standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage team of supervisors, room attendants, room / villa cleanersEnsure rooms and villas are maintained to boutique resort standardsConduct regular inspections and quality checksInventory control for linen, guest supplies, cleaning materialsCoordinate deep cleaning and guest turn-down servicesMaintain sustainability-driven cleaning SOPs (eco-friendly materials, water-saving practices)Ideal Candidate:Strong eye for detailExperience with both rooms & large outdoor areasExcellent team coordination skillsStrong leadership skills
