Role Overview We’re looking for a results-driven Meta/Facebook Ads Expert to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram . If you’re passionate about performance marketing, data-driven strategies, and creative experimentation, we’d love to connect Key responsibilities Plan, manage, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) Conduct detailed audience and competitor research to enhance targeting and reach Execute A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting for continuous improvement Monitor key metrics — ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates — and optimize accordingly Collaborate with creative and content teams to guide ad visuals and messaging Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for scaling and efficiency Stay updated on Meta Ads policies , new features, and industry trends Prepare clear, actionable performance reports for internal teams or clients Requirements Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager Strong understanding of performance metrics and conversion funnels Experience managing and scaling campaigns with significant ad spend Familiarity with Meta Events Manager , Pixel , and tracking setups Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven marketing decisions Excellent communication and collaboration skills What You‘ll Gain Deep experience in full-funnel paid media strategy and execution Exposure to diverse, high-impact campaigns across industries Hands-on learning in budget optimization, creative testing, and scaling Opportunity to make measurable contributions to brand growth through performance marketing
