Cyber Security Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Private Cloud Security Engineer to design, implement, and secure private cloud environments. The role involves managing infrastructure security, containerized environments, and integrating security into development activities to ensure a robust and compliant cloud security ecosystem.
Design and implement security controls for private cloud infrastructure.
Understanding of Network, Firewall, Database, Perimeter Security, Endpoint Security.
Manage infrastructure security across clusters, applications, and networking layers.
Monitor and respond to security incidents in private cloud environments.
Holistic understanding of cloud security components and integration with other system within development ecosystem.
Relevant security understanding for on-prem/ hybrid cloud management.
Gather the security requirement from development team and implement the respective cyber security solution into cloud environment.
Access control and data security controls into the cloud environment.
Implement, and maintain security measures to protect cloud environments from cyber threats, unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security risks.
Experience in securing private cloud infrastructure and applications.
Hands-on experience with development tools integration security practices.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks.
Relevant cloud security certifications (e.g., GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer, CISSP).
Experience with container security tools and vulnerability scanning.
Preferably a bachelor’s degree in computer science, B.Tech, or B.E.
Experience with container security (Docker, Kubernetes).
Relevant cloud security certifications (e.g., GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer, CISSP,AWS, Azure).
Integrate security best practices into DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
Secure Kubernetes clusters, Docker containers, and related workloads.
Knowledge of Terraform and Sentinel for policy enforcement.
