We work with clients to strengthen their security posture, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide tailored cyber insurance policies to minimize financial exposure from cyber threats.

Key Use Cases / Responsibilities:

Endpoint Security (EDR/XDR):

  • Hands-on experience with Sophos and other EDR/XDR platforms.
  • Ability to design and implement policies, rules, and playbooks for threat detection and response.
  • Strong knowledge of incident investigation, remediation, and tuning alerts.

Device Management (MDM/UEM):

  • Well-versed with MDM/UEM solutions such as Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, MobileIron, or similar.
  • Skilled in implementation, policy configuration, and ongoing administration.
  • Ability to ensure compliance for endpoints across different environments (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).

ITSM Tool Management:

  • Working knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Jira Service Management, etc.).
  • Experience in managing incidents, requests, changes, and problem workflows.
  • Familiarity with integrating ITSM processes with security operations.

Compliance & Policy Implementation:

  • Strong understanding of ISO 27001 standards.
  • Ability to implement, monitor, and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Experience working with audits, gap assessments, and remediation activities.

General Security Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3–6 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Familiarity with vulnerability management, patch management, and security hardening.
  • Knowledge of network security, access control, and identity management.
  • Exposure to working in SOC environments or coordinating with SOC teams is a plus.
