  • Drive adoption & traffic on the new technology by launching required interventions for each level of the conversion funnel
  • Keep a close eye on the competition activity in the segment and help identify the right capabilities for Airtel to stay competitive in the market
  • Run large scale projects jointly with partners to develop long term competitive capabilities for Airtel
  • Derive consumer insights through research, market data, analytics, circle and call center visits
  • Convert insights into actionable cohorts by working with analytics & data science
  • Design campaigns & programs to drive ARPU or churn reduction on each cohort
  • Design & execute campaigns across all relevant channels to drive goal adoption
  • Own end to end growth funnel for each action - from awareness to final conversion
  • Build CLM capability roadmap for the category & work with the CLM COE to deliver the same
  • Constantly benchmark industry best practices on growth
