Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to build a new product for B2B Onboarding at Airtel Payments Bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B onboarding via sales, Alliances or manual onboarding, with experience in product management and understanding of RBI guidelines being a plus.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct extensive market research with various banks to understand industry trends, pain points, and best practices.
  • Define and execute the product vision and strategy for B2B onboarding, aligning with the company's overall goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of B2B use cases & B2B Portal to drive the Onboarding with cross functional teams.
  • Manage the onboarding process for FKYC merchants, CMS partners, and corporate BCs.
  • Develop and prioritize product roadmaps in confluence , user stories in JIRA, and requirements documents such as PRD.
  • Develop wireframes for the process being developed and collaborate with design team to develop figma designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and sales/alliances team to develop and improve the process and also solve any service/ product related issues.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure successful product development and delivery.
  • Analyze product performance via Kibana dashboards, identifying areas for improvement and developing data-driven solutions.
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders, including leadership, sales, and customer success teams.


Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in B2B onboarding via sales or manual onboarding or Product Management.
  • Experience in Banking/ Fintech domain with an understanding of RBI guidelines and Master KYC direction is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of B2B onboarding processes and pain points.
  • Proficiency in any of the following tools is a must:

- Jira

- Kibana

- Excel

- Figma

- Drawio

- Confluence
