Role Overview
This is a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in the fast lane of real estate sales. As Sales Manager / Team Lead, you’ll run a high-performance team, own P&L for your unit, drive planning, and close deals that move the needle.
This isn’t just team oversight it’s full ownership of strategy, execution, and results in some of Bangalore’s most exciting growth corridors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership
Inspire and energize your team to consistently hit individual and team targets
Coach reps on sales skills, local market insights, and customer engagement
Build a strong team culture of accountability and growth
2. Sales Strategy & Planning
Design and implement quarterly and monthly sales plans aligned with business goals
Work with leadership to project revenue, monitor funnel health, and refine approach
Drive territory-level P&L ownership reduce inefficiencies, boost profitability
3. Market Expertise
Know Bangalore’s real estate pulse, especially North and East Bangalore (Hebbal, Yelahanka, KR Puram, Whitefield)
Track builder inventory, buyer demand, pricing fluctuations, and new launches
Adjust tactics based on competitor moves and buyer behavior shifts
4. Client Relationship Management
Build strong rapport with clients through consistent, high-touch communication
Manage every step of the customer journey from first touch to closing
Respond to objections, queries, and feedback with speed and professionalism
5. Sales Performance & Reporting
Monitor KPIs like lead conversion, site visit performance, and revenue contribution
Track daily/weekly/monthly performance of your team
Share key insights with leadership to inform planning and growth
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Sync with marketing to align on campaigns, messaging, and inventory
Work with pre-sales to improve lead qualification and response time
Ensure CRM hygiene and lead movement through every sales stage

Qualifications
~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or similar field
~3–5 years of real estate sales experience in Bangalore market (team handling experience is a must)
~ Strong leadership and people management skills
~ Proven record of beating sales targets consistently
~ Deep understanding of the Bangalore real estate landscape (builder, channel, buyer)
~ Strong negotiation and client handling skills
~ Proficient with CRM systems and reporting tools
~ High integrity, ownership mindset, and adaptability to startup pace
