The company focuses on providing businesses with the confidence to handle unexpected events by ensuring greater security and always-on availability. About the Role As a US based Senior Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for our company by acquiring new business logos, supporting and managing existing partners and expanding our reach through the network. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and effectively communicate our value proposition will be essential to your success Key Responsibilities Revenue Generation Actively seek out and onboard new MSP/channel partners within your assigned US territory. Upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing partners to maximize revenue potential. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue quota goals. Partner Management Coordinate with partners to develop and execute effective business plans aligned with sales objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key executives and decision-makers within partner organizations. Provide partners with comprehensive product training and support. Address partner-related issues, conflicts, and pricing concerns promptly and professionally. Market Engagement Demonstrate thought leadership in the industry by contributing to social media platforms like Twitter and Linked In. Stay up to date with industry trends and leverage this knowledge to position our company as a leading provider. Sales Process: Effectively communicate our value proposition to potential and existing partners. Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Required Qualifications: Proven track record of success and minimum 3 years of US based sales experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology, Saa S or channel sales industry. Strong understanding of the managed service provider / channel partner ecosystem. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools such as Zoho CRM, Voice, Sales Navigator A passion for sales and a drive to achieve results. Preferred Qualifications Experience with selling cybersecurity or cloud-based solutions to the US/North American market. A strong understanding of the IT industry and emerging technologies. Previous experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
