What You'll Do:

Customer Engagement : Build strong relationships with customers and understand their learning needs.

Support and Troubleshooting : Address inquiries, resolve technical issues, and ensure a seamless experience.

Account Management : Manage customer accounts, track key metrics, and identify growth opportunities.

Advocacy and Improvement : Provide customer feedback to internal teams and contribute to process improvements.

Renewals and Expansion : Focus on subscription renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Shift Timing: 10 PM – 7 AM(Night Shift) , 11:30 AM -8:30 PM(Day Shift)
