Key Responsibilities

For Baristas:

  • Prepare a variety of signature cold coffee beverages and other menu items with precision, creativity, and speed.
  • Ensure consistent product quality and presentation by adhering to recipes and maintaining high standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workstation while adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Stay ahead of coffee trends, experimenting with new ideas to enhance our offerings and excite customers.

For Operations Specialists:

  • Oversee daily store operations, focusing on the smooth execution of delivery and takeaway services.
  • Monitor and optimize order timelines, ensuring accurate and efficient packaging for delivery.
  • Collaborate with delivery partners to uphold outstanding service standards.
  • Track inventory levels, manage supply orders, and implement strategies to minimize wastage.
  • Contribute to experiments and changes, embracing the flexibility and innovation of a startup environment.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in renowned coffee chains like Starbucks, Barista, Third Wave, Blue Tokai, Tim Hortons, or CCD is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive and customer-first attitude.
  • Familiarity with delivery platforms and technology to streamline operations.
